3. Picture of the Villa Philamonte at Philmont that was the summer mansion of Waite Phillips who donated all of his land and everything to the Boy Scouts in 1938. I have been reading a book about him. He was an amazing person. He started Phillips Petroleum and was a very prominent oil man in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a very generous man as well.
